Q What is the best time to book my cat? Should it be well in advance?

A  As soon as you have confirmed your flight or journey, book your cat in with us as soon as possible. Booking well in advance ensures your cat will get a chalet as holiday times are extremely busy.

Q My cat only eats a particular food, should I bring it with me?

A Only cats with special dietary needs (owners must notify the cattery in advance).

Q The vaccination certificate for my cat is over 12 months old, will my cat be able to be boarded?

A Only cats that have a current vaccination certificate within the last 12 months (and not less than two weeks before arrival) will be accepted. 

Q Do I need to bring my vaccination certificate with me to the cattery?

A Vaccination certificates must be produced on arrival at the cattery.

Q Can you let me know how my cat is doing when I am on holiday?

A yes, a text will be sent to you each afternoon that your cat is there.



Q)  Can we come and have a look around before we book?
A)  We would encourage you to arrange an appointment to see our kennels as we feel it is important for you to get a feel for the environment.

Q I have lots of toys & blankets or my cat, can I bring them?

A Of course! Having lots of things from home help your cat settle in better.
